International Experience

Michel Duperrier, a graduate from Paris-Dauphine University, has twenty-one years of experience in IT consulting, strategic marketing and product marketing with large accounts.

His experience includes work for software companies and consulting firms, in France with Cullinet Software then Arthur Andersen (now Accenture), and in the United States with Platinum Technology, where he specialized in designing and launching new products.

Michel Duperrier then launched the XML product line — the technical foundation for content management, e-business and business applications integration — on the French market as Marketing Manager and Global Alliances Manager with Software AG France. He also had the responsability of deploying PeopleSoft CRM in the French office.

His experience focuses on the following areas: content management (CM), customer relationship management (CRM), XML, Web services, integration, e-business, EDI, the meta data and the database management systems.

Business Networking

Michel Duperrier founded and organizes the business networking initiative: sparklingPoint Networking. He also chairs conference sessions on a regular basis: Integration Forum 2002, 2003, 2004, Electronic Business Days 2003 and ZDNet Web Services Convention 2004.

Michel Duperrier is an author for XMLfr: the French reference site for XML, Web services and semantic technologies.

As a member of the French EDI chapter of UN/CEFACT: EDIFRANCE, Michel Duperrier managed several initiatives and coordinated the Club of the Software and Services Companies.
